Classic Gin and Tonic:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin

  • 4 oz tonic water

  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions: a. Fill a glass with ice cubes. b. Pour gin over the ice. c. Top it off with tonic water. d. Stir gently. e. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Negroni:

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 oz Campari

French 75:
